Ratio pour du support utilisateurs Options

Bonjour à tous,

y'a t-il des "normes" quant aux ratio nombre utilisateurs/personnes dédiées au support?

Je nous trouve trop peu nombreux dans ma boite, mais je voudrais avoir vos expériences à ce sujet et voir si vous auriez des infos à ce sujet

Non pas trop, enfin, il y à bien des consultants qui te prennent 30 000 Euros pour un audit et te dire combien de personne il faut.

Perso je pense que ça dépend de :
- Nombre d'utilisateur
- Niveau des utilisateurs
- Type de matériel
- Type de périphérique
- Faq présente ou non ?
- Quel type d'intervention
...

Mais je ne pense pas qu'il y est de norme.

Pour être plus précis me concernant voici le réseau :
- 1 site principal 32 serveurs en Token NT4 PDC
- 5 sites distants en BDC dont 1 de 100 personnes
- 30 sites plus petits
- 100 bureaux à la maison en ADSL+VPN
- niveau très basique des utilisateurs
- 450 users en tout
- pas de FAQ
- 1 correspondant sur 3 des plus gros sites distants qui font les taches de base

Sinon, ben on est 2 au siège, à gérer le support tel de tout le monde, prise en main distante possible, geztion de tousles serveurs (40 en tout), admin messagerie (Exch mais en cours de migration vers Lotus, très gros boulot...) install des nouvelles machines (laptop ou station), plus des projets par dessus le marche (donc la migration messagerie, mais aussi migration token-ethernet, mise en place serveur de fax, antivirus centralisé plus des plus petites choses par-ci par là, en sachant que Lotus demande un gros investissement et beaucoup de temps car modifications de bases, voire un peu plus tard mais pas trop tard dev de bases...)

Bref, je trouve que à 2 on est vraiment short (2 principaux je dirai), c'est pour cela que je voulais avoir votre expérience

Je pense qu'à 2 vous ne pouvez pas faire une "administration serieuse" meme avec la meilleure volonté du monde !

Je pense que vous parrez au plus urgent et n'avez pas le temps de verifier les logs, sauvegarde et mise à jours...etc , et je ne parle pas des études/procédures des plan de reprise après sinistre.

Mais on en est , pour la plupart, tous à ce stade :-( => on brule des sièrge pour que tout aille bien

je suis tout à fait d'accord avec toi, aujourd'hui nous ne parons qu'au plus urgent mais ce que la direction n'a pas encore compris c'est que migrant vers Lotus cela ne peut plus fonctionner comme tel puisque Lotus demande beaucoup plus de presence.

Merci de me conforter dans ma position, je vais, comme j'avais prévu de le faire, poursuivre la conception d'un mini dossier qui va présenter l'état actuel des choses aux "bien pensant", pour leur montrer que nous ne pouvons continuer ainsi sans continuer à faire baisser le niveau du service....
